Driven by a love of human stories Nadia Pinkney creates bold, modern garments that are layered with narrative.


Having graduate from Heriot Watt University in June 2016 with a BA 1st Class Honours Degree in Fashion Womenswear, Pinkney has a unique approach to design with fabrication and an narrative heavily influencing the process. 


Since graduating the designer launched a slogan tote bag and scarf collection featuring the iconic print from the Remember Me Knot collection. With over 400 items sold, Pinkney donated all profits of the collection to Alzheimer Scotland to help with their continued research and findings. 


In March 2019 at the Edinburgh Charity Fashion Show, Pinkney launched her third and latest collection, June. Inspired by the theme of solstice, the collection draws inspiration from the extremes of nature. Staying ever true to her meaningful designs, the June dress features Pinkney’s original sketches including a robin, which is a symbol of the designer’s spirit. 


Pinkney has been nominated for several awards including; Scottish Fashion Graduate of the Year, Best New Emerging Scottish Artist/Designer and Scottish Online Fashion Graduate of the Year.
