The Terms and Conditions below do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. By ordering any product from us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions can be changed without any prior notification and it remains the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with them prior to placing an order.

 

ORDERS & PRICING

All orders are subject to our approval and product availability.

The prices of products are correct at the time of publication on our website.

We reserve the right to change prices on our website without prior notification. Occasionally, errors can occur. If there has been an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel your order and payment will be refunded.

 

Once an order has been submitted an email confirmation will be sent to the customer. A further email will be sent to notify shipment of the order including a tracking number. Please note tracking numbers will only be issued if this form of dispatch was requested by the customer at checkout.

 

AVAILABILITY

At Nadia Pinkney we work sustainably therefore we do not have a stock of product, fabric or other resources which could at times cause an issue or a delay with customer orders. If on occasion we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you with such details and offer an alternative or a refund.

Please note we constantly aim to maintain our website but errors and omissions in the information may occur.

 

THE CUSTOMER

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information given on the order form is accurate. Where information given by the customer is incomplete or incorrect the customer will be liable for any costs involved in resolving the matter.

 

PAYMENT

The payments are made on the website by card or PayPal and are done safely through the PayPal platform.
